Is the 2008 election already fixed like the last two???

Thursday, February 28th, 2008

I have encouraged all of my friends and neighbors to watch the documentary called "American Blackout" which shows first-hand how the elections held in 2000 and 2004 were fixed using some pretty sneaky tactics.

Once people learned that the 2000 election had been stolen, we all vowed to never let it happen again. Well, 2004 they changed tactics and fixed the election again.

I'm not going to go into all of the details here, because watching the American Blackout video shows every detail in chronological order. I'm not just a "conspiracy theorist."I think all Americans owe it to our country to learn about what really happened by viewing all of the facts and deciding for themselves. I hope the lessons learned from this video are being taught in all of our schools as part of American History.

There are several new issues that have come to light since American Blackout was released, and we are now seeing signs that the integrity of the 2008 election has already been compromised.

First, there were several very strange irregularities in the vote totals in Georgia. The state had changed to electronic voting machines which was supposed to eliminate the need for recounts and other voting issues. Well, now there are legal issues that sound absurd on the surface, but directly affect the outcome of elections held using these machines.

When the voting irregularities surfaced, the citizens of Georgia wanted the vote totals to be examined just to be sure nothing was wrong with the totals. Well, the officials decided that all of the voting information was not the "property" of the citizens. They said that the vote totals were the exclusive "property" of Diebold, who is the company that manufactured the voting machines.

The citizens did not ask for a recount, they just wanted to verify that the votes counted matched the votes that had been cast during the election. To this day, the officials say that the citizens have no right to examine the data because it belongs to Diebold. This sounds stupid, but it really their defense.

If there really were no issues counting all of the votes, what would be a good reason for not letting the citizens see the actual results of the elections??? There is no good reason, and this stupid argument is only causing the citizens to doubt the integrity of the entire voting process. If they are hiding the data, it probably means that there must be something to hide.

My favorite hero and warrior for the truth is my former congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. She immediately "smelled a rat" and brought the issue up for further examination. To this day, the Georgia Supreme Court has refused to hear the case. The time to see actual vote results should be measured in days - not in years.

We are rapidly approaching the upcoming 2008 election and it appears that the results of the upcoming election may have already been decided. I am not an expert on these issues, I am just a concerned citizen who is worried about the future of our country and the erosion of our freedoms.

The following text is from the honorable Cynthia McKinney:

"Given the results revealed in the New Hampshire recount of about a 20% rate of error in the vote tabulation and the New York Times story revealing that at least one precinct heavy with black voters recorded zero votes for Obama, I must question how both major political parties can remain silent in the face of such lack of election integrity. Voters are being purged from voter files and electronic pollbooks incorrectly record voters' party affiliations, among other things. I have consistently, from the moment Diebold's touch screen machines were first deployed in our country--in Georgia in 2002--demanded election integrity. In courtroom action to obtain election data in my 2006 Congressional election, the expert witness for the State of Georgia, defending the position that election data belong to Diebold, advised the court that voters would just have to "trust" the election results that were announced. In the 2008 election cycle, how much trust must we have when confronted with blatant inconsistencies in every voting experience?

Unfortunately, none of this is new and despite the glaring need, neither political party is addressing this issue. In 2000, the Democratic Party refused to stand for election integrity and its own victory that the voters gave it, in an outright election theft by the Republican Party that was allowed to stand. In 2004, the Democratic Party failed to support black voters disfranchised by the Republican Party; it was Democratic grassroots voters along with the Green and Libertarian Parties who refused to give in--even as John Kerry was conceding the very next day after the election. In light of nothing to date having been done to address election integrity by the Congress, I must ask, what happens if, when the election results are announced in November, we don't "trust" them?"

McKinney says it so well, I don't really know what else to say...

Regardless of who you are going to vote for - we ALL must demand that our elections must be fair and accurate.

Best regards,
