Serial Killers Named Wayne (Inspired by Dennis Bryson)

A few years ago when I was an engineer at Glenayre, my boss Dennis Bryson pops his head over my cubicle and says, "Do you know how many serial killers have 'Wayne' as their middle name???"
My middle name is 'Wayne', and I honestly have no idea what might have inspired this conversation.
The scary thing happened when we started writing the names of serial killers on my whiteboard....
I was totally shocked at the number that we were able to list!
How many can you think of???
