Alabama Referendum for bankrupt state funds

Tuesday, September 18th, 2012

I'm going to go vote today on a referendum in Alabama. They are out of money and need to raid one fund to pay for another. There will be no winner because either way the vote goes Alabama is screwed!

The vote today is to change the Alabama state constitution to allow a $437.4 million transfer from a trust fund to the general fund. If they don't do it, they will lose all federal funding for Medicaid.

A difficult choice, but I'll pick our kids and seniors. The saddest part is that this will only be a temporary fix.

We have to get rid of all of these GOP assholes ASAP! I do give them a little credit though - After a long parade of losers (McCain, Palin, Bachmann, Cain, Gingrich, Santorum, and so on...), they finally found the right person to be their loser-in-chief. If people are stupid enough to vote for Mitt Romney, then this country deserves what it will get....

I'm gonna go vote now, and I hope to see you at the polls!

Best regards,

UPDATE: The referendum was passed!
