Pentagon can't account for over $2,300,000,000,000 (2.3 TRILLION)
Tuesday, May 1, 2007
My last blog entry got a lot of attention and many have asked me if there was a mistake reporting the figures regarding the amount of money missing from the pentagon.
The number is correct: $2,300,000,000,000. Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney was portrayed as not supporting our troops by voting NO on budgets for our military. At first glance, the vote seem unpatriotic - until you find out why she voted no.
McKinney refused to support ANY money going to the pentagon, until they can account for the $2.3 TRILLION dollars that is MISSING!
The only time I've ever seen Donald Rumsfeld visibly shaken was when McKinney asked him directly about the missing $2.3 trillion of taxpayer money already appropriated to the Pentagon.
That number is right - $2,300,000,000,000 is MISSING! Again, I have to ask, "How can you lose that much money and where did it go????"
