Update on California Proposition 8 Case

The 9th Circuit Court opinion released today reverses the order of the district court as an abuse of its discretion and remand with instructions to maintain the trial recording under seal.
This means the video of the trial WILL NOT be made public. There is still no word on when the final verdict in the case may be released.
